Currawong
The currawong looks a bit similar to the magpie: the easiest way to distinguish them is the eye -- the currawong's is bright yellow with a black centre. The currawong also has less white feathers than the magpie -- in particular, it has no white feathers on its neck.
The currawong is "famous" for the noises it makes. You can hear some of them at the bottom of this webpage.
