Mt Tomah Botanic Gardens

The Mount Botanic Garden calls itself Australia's Coolest Botanic Garden. Being 1000 metres above sea level, the garden is able to grow plants that wouldn't do so well in other areas of Sydney. Many of the plants from this garden come from the wild in Australia or overseas. The garden is open year round. The entrance is from Bells Line of Road.

Mount Tomah also happens to be SydneyNature's favourite bird watching location. For example, these Superb Fairy Wrens and this Eastern Yellow Robin photos were taken there.
